Tim Harris If your ever interested in HUD homes let me know. I work for a broker that specializes in them and we quite often have great deals pop up in Brevard County. We send a weekly spreadsheet and if you see a property that interests you, you send me your bid price and we bid for you. There tends to be less competition here because only certain brokerages can deal with HUD homes. I'd be happy to answer any questions. Good Luck with your business! Hey Mark Jones , if your interested in a different avenue to find properties, I work for a brokerage that specializes in HUD homes all throughout Florida. It works through a bidding process with HUD and we send out weekly updates. Some great deals to be had for rentals or flips. Let me know if your interested or you have any questions. Josh

We are an authorized HUD brokerage in central and south Florida. We're one of the few brokerages authorized to deal with these types of properties and bid on the buyers behalf. I'm a local investor and Real Estate agent. I live in Oviedo and work for a brokerage that specializes in HUD properties. We send out weekly spreadsheets and you bid on the properties that interest you. There's a lot less competition than the MLS and most properties make great flips or rentals or even BRRRR's. We also have great contractor, inspector and title company connections.

Carrianne Mucho I've considered that but I'm running my LLC as a business not just as an entity to hold the property. Im keeping personal funds and business funds separated. I also have private investors with money in the LLC so I need to purchase under the business. I do have other rentals under my personal name I've considered moving under new LLC's though. Thank you for the thought.

I just passed my Florida Sales Associate state exam and i'm looking for a broker in the Oviedo, FL area. I'd like to make a GOREIA meeting soon to meet people in person. I'm an Airline Pilot so I haven't been able to make the Thursday night meetings yet. 

My wife and I buy and hold/flip houses and are on our third property so far. I'm looking to use my license on the buy and sell side of these properties. I might use it for friends and family buying/selling houses too but due to my Airline Job that'll be part time. We're also purchasing a home for ourselves very soon.

If anyone knows of a good broker that might fit my unusual situation please let me know.
