Out of town investors looking for awesome investor friendly agent

Hey BP, 

My brother and I are fully on board the buy and hold train and are looking for an awesome, extremely knowledgeable investor friendly agent in the Orlando area.  We'll be in the area next week for an event taking place down there and would like to spend our Monday getting to know the area and opportunities that are on the horizon.  Our preference is foreclosures and short sales as we would like to acquire 2-3 within the next 3 months.  Please let me know if you or someone you've worked with would be able to help us out.
