Introduction: Hello Central Florida! I'm a District Manager of a fortune 500 company. I'm a young investor with a lot of ambition and desire to make it big in REI(or in life in general). I don't believe in brakes and if I start to pursue something I give it everything I got. My objective for this post, is to give a brief background of my fiancé and I.

RE Knowledge: My fiancé is actually scheduled to make her first attempt at the FL RE Exam this weekend. For the past 2 months she has been studying after work to pass this test. I have been helping her as well(A LOT of flashcards) through the process and I have been learning with her. Along with that I have been feeding myself with knowledge from endless hours of BP Podcasts, towers of books, scouring the internet forums, and picking the brains of semi-successful REIs.

RE Experience: I bought my first home back in 2015 with the mindset of eventually renting it out in the future. Now, 2 years later and after listening to BPs, my fiancé and I have decided it's time to start making moves to obtain our new property with the mind set of house hacking a multi-family. We're willing to sacrifice our not so lavish lifestyle, to an even more not so lavish lifestyle to pick up the paste of our investing opportunities.

With that in mind, We do have other RE projects moving a long at the same time. We currently have a small team that consists of a investor, broker, and many contractors. As I have been in the field of contracting myself now for 15+ years I have quite a bit of knowledge. Recently an investor came into our lives that is willing to fund all of the expenses on a flip(I know, I'm very grateful for the opportunity). We are currently making offers on homes as I'm writing this post!

Like I said at the beginning of this post, I wanted to introduce my fiancé and I. But I'm also here to network with other people and hopefully give back added value. I'm a very positive person with an laid back attitude and I hope this forum will reflect that. Please do not hesitate to message me with questions, feedback, or just to say hello!
