@John Mucilli Absolutely! Our staff would be able to take all inbound calls and import them to your CRM when the call is done via Webform. (which CRM are you using?)

We can also connect to your site to have any and all leads automatically called within 90 seconds of submitting their form to your site!

Let me know what other questions you have that I can answer for you!

@john mucilli I am the CEO here at Callporter.com and I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have about how we can help you with either inbound or outbound calls.

We work with a lot of investors that still have a W2 position. Feel free to ask any questions here!

@Braden Smith thanks for the input. That’s what I was assuming. Using a multi line dialer with say a 3:1 or 2:1 ratio isn’t going to allow an agent to always be there. But using 1:1 you’ll always have it answered.

The biggest issue I see is making it cost effective for myself and our clients with a 1:1 ratio. Unfortunately not much we can do to change that lol

Good afternoon!

I am interested in adding some sections to my business and one of those is to include cold calling. I have been reading through FCC regulations and I am familiar with the TCPA of 1991. Does anyone on here have knowledge about restrictions to auto dialing if a live person is always there to answer the phone call as it comes in?

I didn't find anything specific to this and wanted to see if anyone else had experience in this. Thank you for the assistance!

I think ultimately its going to depend on how comfortable with risk you are. Keeping in mind that 7k isn't going to pay off the 20k you owe. You could turn that 7k into MUCH more if you do it right. I would suggest going to some local REI meetups and finding a mentor. Maybe even a partner that can split cost's/risk/and rewards with you. That way you have someone experienced in the REI field, and your not risking 100% of that 7 grand. You could even set this partnership as a short term deal so you aren't tied down to one partner. Just make sure whatever agreement you come to you get it in writing to protect yourself!

I hope this helps! Good luck with whichever course you decide!
