@Demeko Morgan If you have MLS access you can setup automatic emails for all expired listings. If you do not have MLS access I would partner with a real estate agent in your area and have them set it up for you!

@Demeko Morgan Thats one thing you can do. Honestly the best way is to find off market properties. Have you gone through the MLS and searched for expired listings?

@Syed Shah I would suggest sending private messages to members in your area and taking them out to coffee. Great way to get to know people and network!

@Nathan Woods Welcome to BP!

I am in the St. Louis market as well and I am always looking for new contacts to connect with! I would love to sit down and grab some coffee soon!

Partnerships are a great way to get started out in this business. Its a great way to make some extra money without doing a ton of work or if you don't have the resources/time to wholesale them yourself!

I noticed they also offer 50/50 splits on wholesales if you get one under contract and need a buyer! Again partnerships are an awesome way to get started!

Lets grab coffee soon!
