Hi BP friends...

I have a mission in life to own vacation rentals around the globe. I have so many ideas in regards to it that it is truly a unique business model I am building- at least i think so.  

My family used to manage mid-size apartment buildings and some managed motels and hotels; it must be in my blood. I have always had this dream but thought I never could achieve the capital I needed and didn't know where to go to get educated. Until I realized I need to utilize my creativity, ingenuity, number crunching forte, ability to sell and impeccable customer service skills.  With the resources and knowledge  here I am going to achieve this goal.

I am here to become educated, meet new people who share my interests, gain new perspectives, and develop my game plan---R&D if you will. 

I think I could have more to contribute... for instance, I am beginning to learn data-mining so I can scrape data from rental websites to analyse markets easier than plugging numbers into a spreadsheet individually .....maybe this is already done for me or I can help you too? I will not know until Ito get through all of the podcasts and fourms to find out :-)
