Auto Dialing Experience

Good afternoon!

I am interested in adding some sections to my business and one of those is to include cold calling. I have been reading through FCC regulations and I am familiar with the TCPA of 1991. Does anyone on here have knowledge about restrictions to auto dialing if a live person is always there to answer the phone call as it comes in?

I didn't find anything specific to this and wanted to see if anyone else had experience in this. Thank you for the assistance!

It is my understanding that using a multiline autodialer for unsolicited phones calls is prohibited. If the people you are calling signed up or registered on a website then it is allowed. I believe you can use a single line dialer for unsolicited calls.

As a realtor I have used an autodialer for calling leads that signed up on our home search website. Because they registered the platform had a built in triple line dialer.

Another service I use is for FSBOs and Expireds. These people did not sign up on a website or anything so that platform only has a single line dialer built in. I was told by then that the reason for this is as I mentioned above.
