I was looking at appfolio but seems difficult to get all tenants switched over. But it has everything you need and cool stuff like mainance requests and inspection walkthrough app for your phone.

I have one of my homes listed throught postlets and today i discovered that on trulia my house was listed for sale by some agent. The agents name is mr michael. He has 7 propertys listed and there all 3/2 homes and he has them listed for $100k rent to own. And these 7 homes are all spread throught the country. To me it sounds like some type of rental scam he's running and my home was picked. Im trying to rent my home and people are woundering why its for sale. I believe you have to be a licensed agent to list on trulia? So how should i proceed with this? Who should i contact. My home is the one in florida. Heres a link to his profile. http://www.trulia.com/profile/mr-michael-agent---28805687/overview

Im looking for a online rent payment service that i can convert all 29 of my tenants to. But the problem is that a few of my tenants dont have internet access or a phone mostly my few section 8 tenats. The rest are good. I would like a service that also has a app where you could pay rent. If possiable i would like to have the service handle converting the tenants over with like letters i can mail or something.

This is one of my propertys thats in my name the rest are in a llc. They should be sending the letters to my p.o. box where rent is sent. I did give them half of his security deposit back but he claming he wants the rest because a piece of furniture was damaged from a water leak and its costs $400. I already explained to them that Im not responsiable for personal items. But out of kindness i gave hime $200 for a new dressor. They now have sent me 4 letters so i guess im going to ignore them since i did everything i needed to do.

A tenat of mine recently moved out and i deducted a large chunk of security. I have been recieving letters from him about how he wants it back, blah, blah, blah. He was sending the letters to my p.o. box but on the third letter it showed up at my personal home. And they moved right around the corner from me. The only way i could think of how he got my address was throught the property apprasor website. My personal home is the only one that displays homested exempt. He starting to get nasty. What can i do to prevent this from happening again? I have had all my personal info removed from sites like white pages and instant checkmate, etc... Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Usually if its a mom and pop flooring store they work with you on the price or a appliance store they also work with you on the price.

@Lucas Hall I made a account but I'm trying to make a application where a link is in the house listing and they go to it to fill out questions. But I can't seem to find how to do that?
