Hi everyone i want to develop a car wash along a busy 6 lane state highway that is used by commuters to get to work daily. It would be a full service tunnel wash with vacume stations, vending, etc. We could get the land for around $400k for a acre but theres many other opurtunities to get a spot for cheaper because theres many shut down buildings that need to be demolished that we could purchsase off market. Now lets say we could build the car wash for 600k plus the land of lets say 200-400k. Where do i get financing for that? Would crowdfunding apply here? Also does anyone know of any car wash franchises? Are there any experienced car wash opertators that could provide some insight please?

I usually do a open house and invite all the people I liked over to look. But sometimes I trust  someone to go in and look by themselves. Mostly when I'm not home for a few days and there quite interested.

hi everyone I'm looking for a lockbox for my home that I'm renting. But I always seem to have a problem with people figuring it out. What is the easiest/simplest lock box I could use? And if possible a good one that doesent allow anyone to change the code or take it off the door. Thanks

@Chris Martin I'm not purchasing the property. I'm getting it back through foreclosure because I was the lender on the property. I'm probably just gonna sell it as a alf facility.

I am going to be acquiring a 16 bed 8 room ALF facility through foreclosure. It has I believe 4 baths and a kitchen and living room. I have no clue what to do with it. Because I'm not sure if anyone will want to buy a 8 bedroom building. Could I turn it into anotyer business that would be a cash cow? Or should I just sell it? The building is in a residental area so I'm not sure if the city will allow it to be used as a alf anymore. What should I do?
