A tenat of mine recently moved out and i deducted a large chunk of security. I have been recieving letters from him about how he wants it back, blah, blah, blah. He was sending the letters to my p.o. box but on the third letter it showed up at my personal home. And they moved right around the corner from me. The only way i could think of how he got my address was throught the property apprasor website. My personal home is the only one that displays homested exempt. He starting to get nasty. What can i do to prevent this from happening again? I have had all my personal info removed from sites like white pages and instant checkmate, etc... Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Did you do a move out walk through and provide them with a list of charges? I also explain that we get 30 days to return the deposit to allow for unpaid utilities, etc to come in. If they harrass you, call the police.
