I wanted to start out doing fix and flip houses and then eventally when i have enough funds i wanted to start buying multi famialy properties, shoping plazas and offices. Is commerical real estate the way to make more money faster? Anybody have experience with this?

Does any one have any good experience with contractors on their properties? How do you find a good contractor that will stay within your budget and get the work done fast? Do contractors eat up to much of your profit? What do you recommend to rehab a house?
