I would also like to know. A investor thats very well off told me he has a website and its SEO so when  motivated seller is looking to sell they will see his website on the first page

What type of window coverings do you put in your multis? I was thinking aluminum blinds. Whats your suggestion?

Does anyone predict when the multi famialy market will go down to when prices are low like a couple yaers ago? I want to wait until teh market goes down to buy a few. Let me know

Whats a better investment multi famialy or retail. Most of the retail plazas  for sale near me have about the same noi as a 100 unit apartment complex and the retail plaza is a few million cheaper also. So what's better to me it seems like retail is better in my situation. Is retail more complicated than multi famialy?

what is the difference between a single famialy home buying process vs a multi famialy buying process? And also when putting in a offer on a multi family when do you secure financing?
