BP is surely a great tool to use. Visiting Local REIs and partnering with mentors who knows the area has been a huge asset for me. There is so many different niches and strategies, so find what's best for you and take advantage.

Again, BP is literally the best thing for newbies-information from well respected investors.

hello fellow investors, my wife and I need to move out of our first property in northern VA to a much bigger home for our growing family. I have 8300 to put down thru my 401k but our credit is bad. is there anyway to still find any private lenders who can help? our first property had already been evaluated and will be taken care of by a property manager we have built a relationship with.
