@Kyle Mccaw Thanks for the tip!  I will surely begin studying the different mailing companies that best fit for me. Any tips for how to choose the best location?

@Brandon L. Loudon and Fairfax county are obviously where the big players are. Any tips from a experienced agent like yourself?

@Julie N. you literally made my day lol

Hey,

As a homeowner/investor, I want to scale my business in the competitive market here in Northern Virginia. I am working full time but will be taking my test to become an agent starting part time. I want to surely take advantage of my time as I balance work and family, so I am studying how to systematize (podio is great) my business to really scale up!

Anyone have any advice as I study to take the test, how to systematize my business, etc. ??

Hello fellow investors,

My wife and I are investors while working our full time jobs. I am taking the test to become an agent soon and I want to be sure to take full advantage of the time while I'm and in and out my full time job.  I have studied many crm/software programs to regulate many things in our business.

Studying so much and having the opportunity to network with the right team members, does anyone have advice on how I can also build a successful property management company within my Investment company?

Greetings,

My wife and I are homeowners and have been studying many investment strategies for 5 years now. We have created our own LLC, partnered with many investors/mentors to learn and implement the strategies we have learned. I am now ready to take the test for my license, starting part-time.

My wife and I have 3 daughters and work full time. As a part time agent, I want to be sure i take advantage of time and energy while utilizing many automation programs to stay ahead of the curve.

I wanted to reach out to see if there is any advice you all may have as I take on this journey.

Hello,

I am an Investor now studying to get my license! As an investor, it was a bit frustrating trying to partner with realtors to funnel deals. I wanted to cut the middle man and be the source. My wife and I will be Scaling up to a bigger home for our family and will rent out our town house. I would love to connect and learn from many of you in the DMV area.
