Thanks for the Post! I am also an Investor in Northern Virginia looking to purchase my family's 2 property. My family is growing and we need much more space. I love the idea of house hacking but still having hard time finding the multi-unit properties.

Hello fellow investors,

My wife and I are investors while working our full time jobs. I am taking the test to become an agent soon and I want to be sure to take full advantage of the time while I'm and in and out my full time job.  I have studied many crm/software programs to regulate many things in our business.

Studying so much and having the opportunity to network with the right team members, does anyone have advice on how I can also build a successful property management company within my Investment company?

Greetings,

My wife and I are homeowners and have been studying many investment strategies for 5 years now. We have created our own LLC, partnered with many investors/mentors to learn and implement the strategies we have learned. I am now ready to take the test for my license, starting part-time.

My wife and I have 3 daughters and work full time. As a part time agent, I want to be sure i take advantage of time and energy while utilizing many automation programs to stay ahead of the curve.

I wanted to reach out to see if there is any advice you all may have as I take on this journey.

Hello,

I am an Investor now studying to get my license! As an investor, it was a bit frustrating trying to partner with realtors to funnel deals. I wanted to cut the middle man and be the source. My wife and I will be Scaling up to a bigger home for our family and will rent out our town house. I would love to connect and learn from many of you in the DMV area.

@Arpan Patel Thank you for taking the team to read my post. I really do appreciate it. I cut the learning curve these past 2 years studying under a great mentor and I am so excited.

@Angelia Kinston Thank you for reaching out, I surely Understand that this is a competitive industry.  I still work my full time during the day, but I keep my phone near by at all times.

Hello,

My wife and I have brought our first property 5 years ago under an FHA loan and paid nothing down. This alone is what caught my attention. 2 years in, I began studying different investment strategies in the business from wholesalers, flippers, Rental properties, etc.

I work full time in Retail and now want to start part time as a Real estate agent until it replaces my other job. I have studied under many REI groups and pursued closing deals on my own, however, I found that in this area in Northern Virginia, it was difficult for me to build that trust with the big time players in this area.

I wanted to take the matters into my own hands and BECOME THE SOURCE. So I am now studying online to get my license.

I am great with numbers and I understand how to run comps, market deals, and understand the purchase ratios (65%-75%) can be a heck of a deal for myself or my future clients.

I love for any of you to give any tips as I'm transitioning from the investor to the Agent

My Wife surely appreciates the many things I've learned and try to teach her over the years. Every now and then she will ask questions, especially when checks come into the mail :) .  I usually don't try to force things onto people, but given the chance I will surely try to explain your investment strategies the best way you can. But Please be patient.

This may be for your spouse or any other loved one.
