Northern Virginia real estate networking groups?

Hello Everyone, I'm Anton, a recently retired public safety employee in the northern Virginia area and I would like to learn more about Out of state, Buy and hold investing. They say that the best way to learn something is by surrounding yourself with people who are skilled in that area, so I was looking to see if there were any groups in the area who meet on this topic. It makes sense to not invest in Woodbridge only. I work with foreign investors and have boots on the ground in investor friendly areas. For you they are within 2 hours. Is this what you are looking for?
