DC is a good market for mult-units as well

Maybe not enough for your own deal, but you can surely partner with others and position yourself to make a profit that way.

As a beginner, surround yourself with the right investors who are executing deals. Soon enough you will be able to find your own deals and funnel back to the same mentor and make a good profit.  There are many ways to partner on a deal, I just didn't want you to limit yourself as a "Bird Dog". We are all investors in my eyes, its  just how about you position yourself in the deal!
