Hello BP Community!

I am Josh York, and recently began my career as a Realtor in Northern Virginia. I'm based out of Old Town Alexandria, and am excited to help you find the best investment properties around. 

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I decided that real estate is the path for me. As a student at University of Maryland, College Park, I realized that since I don't have the income to invest, the best way to get into real estate would be to jump in head-first as an agent. I want to learn from the best, so I've partnered with the top producing solo agent in the office to create a team with herself, another new agent, and myself .
