First thing you did was go to Bigger Pockets #Salute!

As a beginner, surround yourself with the right investors who are executing deals. Soon enough you will be able to find your own deals and funnel back to the same mentor and make a good profit.  There are many ways to partner on a deal, I just didn't want you to limit yourself as a "Bird Dog". We are all investors in my eyes, its  just how about you position yourself in the deal!

Greetings to all,

I am currently looking to purchase a home using my 401k as a down payment. I recently came across on BP the blogs about Non-Recourse Loans but wasn't sure if it applied to me. I am looking to purchase a primary residence as soon as possible. Any advice ?
