@Sandy Sawyer . There are no cones unless you choose the wrong Mentor!

A good mentor would shorten your timeline to success.

The key is to remember that a teacher can open the door, but the student needs to walk through it! If you are not going to be prepared to make it happen, it won't happen.

I also think that having a coaching program that has an accountability aspect and networking component is crucial.

@Kalanie Tran let's be accurate. I didn't say that I own 100+ doors with them. What I wrote is: "I have close to 100 doors with them."  FYI I have less than 100 under management with them. As I stated, I think it's more to do with managing the managers. I heard horror stories about other PMs in LR but wouldn't be going publicly speaking about it. I don't think it's a good way to build your network and relationship in a market you want to work in.

In saying that, I'm always open to talking to fellow investors privately. Once choosing a market, forming relationships with local ( and none local) investors in the market place you target is key.

@Account ClosedI'm speaking from my own experience, and it worked well for me.

Many landlords do not take good care of their residents, tight on repairs & Maintenance, and then complain about lower occupancy or ongoing maintenance issues because they didn't fix the issue properly in the first place.

@Account Closed, I have few friends that invested with them in Membership and Little Rock and are very happy. Top notch company.

I regard to the management in Little Rock, I been using the same company that manages for LR TK, and I have close to 100 doors with them.

I been with them for nearly 4 years and seeing them grow. Jamie and the team have been great to work with, and they take very good care of my properties. I have clear comunication with David my PM and his assistant, while Jamie is Allways available to jump on a call if required.
I believe that they are one of the best Property Managers in Litlle Rock, your / my job is to be a good asset manager.

It is beyond me why would you publicly make a negative comment on a company as such, that I think is unfair.

I personally happy to recommend Alex and the Hoffman team.

welcome aboard @Brian Wagers, good to hear and read all the comments here. NW AR experience significant growth and demand in the last few years. personally im active in central AR and the Little Rock Metro area.

Constantly looking for new acquisitions and i totally agree with @Jamie Atkinson, its getting more and more challenging to come across reasonable deals.
