Looking to connect with other like minded commercial investors investing in Northwest Arkansas, Ft. Smith, and Little Rock (even Tulsa, & KC). I currently own and operate 361 multi family units here in Northwest Arkansas & Ft.Smith and have been investing in real estate the past 4 years (commercial 3 years). There are a couple of residential networking groups I am familiar with but looking for others in the commercial space. I've been in the NWA market for 10 or so years, mostly Rogers and Bentonville.  Certainly not a secret anymore! Used to be like fish in a barrel and now it's like a drained pool...albeit a very desirable drained pool where everyone has on their swimsuit and is ready to jump off the high board.  :)
