I highly recommend the Jake & Gino event this November in Orlando. The networking is invaluable, I met 2-3 business partners and many fellow investors in MM3.

I like it so much that I'm traveling all the way from New Zealand!!!

See you there.

Hey @Jordan D'Silva Syndication as a whole is a good way to start, especially if you are investing with the right deal sponsors / general partners. (this is the group that typically finds and manages the deal).

More often than not you will be investing as a passive investor, most syndication has a minimum of $50k and may require you to be a sophisticated or accredited investor this is depending on the "permit' they get from the SEC.

Jake and Gino own RAND Partners, I have few friends that invested with them and they are very happy.
They also have a coaching business which is great.

Another one to check out is Chris Jackson from Sharpline Equity.

one thing is for sure, the most important is to invest with a reputable Syndicator. you invest in the operators and not in the property!!

@Jeffrey Donis I highly recommend Jake and Gino. I joined them 4 years ago and never looked back.

Please feel free to pm me if you want to hear more about my experience.

@Matthew M. Sherwood and North Little Rock are better the Jacksonville AR.

in saying that, parts of NLR can be a bit patchy!

@James De Leon   72114 has patchy areas to the east, but Argenta is gentrified and now rather expensive. Argenta is the area closer to the river.  72116 is a generally good area. 72118 is Okay, some parts up North Little Rock in that Zip has more challenging Demographics. A good practice is to consult your PM before making an offer. Until you get to know the areas...

I hope that helps.
