I haven't bought mine YET, but I will by Dec 17th to take advantage of all the other freebies! I'm currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and just finished the part that says, "pay yourself first." I'm sure purchasing these books is a definite way to follow that motto because the information/education provided may give back ten-thousand-fold!

@Yoann Mamy Randriamihaja: That's awesome! Congratulations! It's also great to hear you're already looking for your next deal and I'm glad to see that you and your wife didn't give up after getting a few offers rejected. How much did BP help you with acquiring this deal?

Awesome tip! I love the different levels of experience and difference in perspectives that the BP community offers on a regular basis. I think most of the posts and comments are added value, whether they're coming from a seasoned vet or a newbie.

I would have read a whole lot of RE and business books. There's this good book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad that I never hear about on any of the BP podcasts (insert sarcasm). Look for any local RE meetups and don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Show your passion to become a RE Investor and offer your help to a seasoned RE vet so you can gain some experience because that's the best way to learn. Lastly, Save Your Money instead of blowing it all off on materialistic things. You can treat yourself once in a while, but not all the time. Good luck!
