TWO New BiggerPockets Real Estate Books Available Now!

Yesterday, BiggerPockets launched TWO new real estate books, written by our own @Brandon Turner and his wife @Heather Turner.

These books are an absolutely fantastic resource for both new and experienced investors alike and discuss the keys to successfully investing and managing rental properties.

The overwhelming majority of real estate investors here on BiggerPockets have the goal of successfully building a rental property portfolio. If that’s you, then these two books are potentially the best ones on the planet for starting and expediting that objective in your personal life.

I know that Brandon has spent the better part of a decade building his own real estate. When he isn’t actively investing, guess what he’s doing? That’s right, interviewing world-class investors on the BiggerPockets Podcast, and studying real estate investing across the country by meeting and greeting thousands of investors here on the forums. These two books are the culmination of his research, teachings, and personal experience.

While these books are of course going to be available whenever you’d like them, right now we are having a special sale to celebrate the launch (and the finalization of a year of hard work on Brandon’s part). Hopefully, this sale gives you and any friends or family interested in building wealth through real estate a chance to learn from the very best this holiday season.

Oh, and if you are interested, the best deal might just be the “Ultimate Package” which includes copies of the books in physical, audio, and PDF format, as well as incredible bonuses including dozens of downloadable forms to help you with your real estate investments and several interviews with successful investors.

Here’s to Brandon!

I've got no chips in the game but I thought I'd throw my two cents in.  @Brandon Turner asked if I'd read these two books before they were published and provide some feedback. I've been investing in real estate for over 25 years and bought over 700 properties from SFR to 250 unit+ apartment complexes so I thought I'd read them as a favor to Brandon. What I didn't expect was that I'd learn things from these books that I'd never even thought of. But that's exactly what happened.

I wish these books were around when I was getting started. If y'all have anything to do with rental properties you have to buy these books. My biggest surprise came when they launched the book and I saw the price...I would have paid triple what they are asking.  Think of this like an underpriced real estate listing--snap it up quick before the seller figures out that they could get more and raise the price!  Don't worry--I didn't tell Brandon that part.  :)
