@Alec B Calzada thanks for mentioning HubSpot. It's hard to beat free, but as my wife always reminds me, free always comes with a catch. I actually worked for them about 5 years ago in another life. Do you have to customize or can you customize HuBSpot CRM for RE investing?

@Rori Stumpf interested in hearing your review of Realeflow as well. Currently in the same position trying to decide which CRM to use for my REI business. Thank you to everyone for sharing your insights and reviews on this thread.

@Steven Mitchell apologies for the delay in replying to this, have been swamped. Private money is a lot more attractive than hard money given the fees. I was thinking 8-10%, but find it interesting you were aggressive with 15% return to private investors, certainly a lot more attractive return than many other investments.
