Looking to cash out refinance a 4 plex we have in Cleveland. 

Which lenders in Cleveland do you all recommend for cash out refinance?

Hi working on a wholessale deal in Long Beach CA. Will be doing assignment of contract. Can do double close is necessary, but would prefer to assign. Any recommendations for an investor friendly title company in Los Angeles or Long Beach?
