Hi BP!

My business partner is "credit challenged" (585 Credit Score), which is preventing her from qualifying for conventional financing, among other things. She wanted me to reach out to this group and get some recommendations on the best program, do-it-yourself or service to improve her credit, over time.

Currently working on my first wholesale deal as well. In process of locking up property, but don't yet have a buyers list, YIKES! Your post gives me hope, plus this property is a Real deal!

I currently own a 3 unit rental property and looking to add more properties to my portfolio.

Interested in short sales, focused on helping homeowners avoid foreclosure on their record.

Working on a fix and flip as we speak in Boston, where we helped the homeowner avoid foreclosure and get some $ via relocation assistance, Win-Win-Win. I believe you can structure deals where everyone wins.

Also open to wholesaling, buying or selling wholesale deals.
