Hi BP Contractors! I need to replace the roof on a 2 family I own in Boston (Hyde Park). I'd like to get the work done within the next few weeks. If you know a very good roof contractor that can get the job done, please send me their contact info or have them get in touch with me.

Remove and dispose of three tab shingles

Install - Ice & Water shield underlayment throughout 8in drip edge along bottom perimeters

Certainteed Architectural Shingle - 20 Year Warranty

Two new skylights ( 2x2 & 4x2 )

New (5) 14in. Roof vent

New Dryer vent

New flashing around chimneys

Re-flash 5in. Vent pipe

Siding on front dormer to match existing color of house ( 200 sqft )

Gutters Replacement @ 5.00$ per linear ft. (Estimated about 50-75 feet of gutter needs to be replaced)

Roof board replacement included in price if less than ( 32 sqft )
