I’ll be heading down to NC this coming week and plan on hitting Raleigh, Greensboro, and finally ending in Charlotte. Any suggestions on surrounding towns to these major cities that would be considered up and coming and present opportunities for strong appreciation.

Also any referrals on investor friendly realtors in these areas would be greatly appreciated as well

Thanks :)

In Charlotte you will need to look at Kannapolis , Gastonia, Monroe to potentially get those returns and prices.
