I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.... was a good book but as others have said it is more inspirational. It does get your mind to thinking on the right path though. I have also want to read Rich Weese and J Scott books. Will order it next them next.

What are you going to do ... rent from yourself? You will still OWN the house you are living in.

We have the same situation, bought more house than we needed and now it is worth less than we can sell it for.
