I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.... was a good book but as others have said it is more inspirational. It does get your mind to thinking on the right path though. I have also want to read Rich Weese and J Scott books. Will order it next them next.

Amen to that!!! Such a true statement that so many people struggle to live with today!

Hans Restuccia What if the loan is used for purchasing a property to rehab and flip? Your wording above indicates that the loan is only for rental property?

What are you going to do ... rent from yourself? You will still OWN the house you are living in.

We have the same situation, bought more house than we needed and now it is worth less than we can sell it for.
