Hi everyone! I am 30 year old in the software development field. I go back and forth between Austin(work) and San Antonio(family). I became a landlord when I moved to the DC area a few years ago. When I moved back to Texas I decided to keep renting out my house and now I'm really interested in learning more about real estate investing.

You've found the right place, JJ. There's no better place than BP for learning real estate investing.

If I had your work/home situation, i'd probably look at San Antonio for income and Austin for appreciation.
