Depending on the market in your area..... 2 months may not be long at all!!

In my market a property priced right is gone in a couple of days, however, we have a shortage of properties available. It is a SELLERS market.

There is a demand for boat and rv storage in this area. All of the surrounding facilities have a waiting list. I have located a 10 acre parcel that is cleared, cross fenced for cattle, has electricity, water well, septic system, propane and a 3/1/1 house that was built in 1954 per the tax records. The property is located in the county a few blocks south of the Pearland city limits with great access to major thoroughfares. The property is not zoned; however, it is located in the Pearland ETJ. The parcel has a nice square layout to allow for maximum usage of the land. The property is priced at $329,900 which is a fair price for this area.
