@Martin Neal yeah I thought the taxes where alittle high also but that’s what came from the listing agent from the rent roll , i just guessed with the water cost would be , because it’s a 5 unit with 9 rooms I just assume if it’s 9 people using the water it may be $300 since it not sub meter , I put more details in the description below in other information that I received from my realtor

@Joseph Garner yeah I finally got some info from a broker today , it’s currently renting for $2495 gross a month One unit is vacant that would bring it up $3250 . I left a description of details from the broker at the bottom of page in other information, it’s crazy under rented and I believe because the tenants have been living there for like 10 years , and the owners feel some kind of loyalty to not raise the rents

I’m looking to invest in the upstate South Carolina area Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and I’m looking to connect with an investor friendly realtor that can point me in the right direction for small multi family buy & hold and I would like to get pre approved with a lender as well.
