I have to make it my business to make it to that meet up at the end of the month 💪

I was wondering if anyone was investing in these townhomes in the atl area. I came across a few that was in the range of $25-35k so I automatically thought these have to be in a bad area but I actually found some in the Conley area s that was pretty nice , the pictures online were decent also so I started to y’all go some of the owners out there and they told me that the catch was their owner occupied only , so I was wondering are most of them like that & if not are you guys investing in those low income townhomes in the Atlanta area ?  The hoa fee for that one I looked at wa like 575/month 👀 pretty crazy for a $25,000 property

hi I was looking for some advice & direction on where to go with a partnership. I’m new to real estate but I have slot of knowledge from studying & listening to BP for the last 2 years , my partner has alittle hands on experience, he has one rental. We are wanting to team together to build a business in real estate investing  with flips & buy & hold to eventually we would like to develop down the line. We’re not sure where to really start or to begin the process 

I’m new as well and I will look into these groups so I can start learning and getting involved. 

my biggest problem is 100% my fault. I’m a newbie , and I haven’t went to any other then Reia in my area of Atlanta to even network with anyone . I find multi properties all the time when I’m driving for dollars & then I will go home analyze the property to see if I could make it into a good deal. But I really need to start interacting more with other investors and see i cAn Be some kind of service to them In order to get my foot in the door. 

Vine City / Bluff area Atlanta anyone invest there ? if so I would like to hear about your experiences 

I'm looking for a Bigger pocket Podcasts Episode where the investor that was on was talking about that he does not go into the properties he buys, he mentioned that he looks at the MLS pictures and if it looks like it need a little work he does $10 x sqft , small rehab $15 x sqft , & if it need a full rehab he will do $20 x sqft and subtract that after the 70% rule . If anyone know that show can you let me know I would like to listen to it again.

I would like to see Jay Morrison on the bigger podcast if possible, I would like to understand more about the fund and the purpose
