@Joseph Garner yeah I finally got some info from a broker today , it’s currently renting for $2495 gross a month One unit is vacant that would bring it up $3250 . I left a description of details from the broker at the bottom of page in other information, it’s crazy under rented and I believe because the tenants have been living there for like 10 years , and the owners feel some kind of loyalty to not raise the rents
