Hi @Lucas Gonzalez, when it comes to picking a turn key provider I highly suggest in using one that you can trust and has a very good reputation. The Southeast market has experienced good appreciation as well as cash flow.

@Lucas Gonzalez welcome to Bigger Pockets. This platform is full of great turn key providers. The biggest thing is finding a company that you can trust and that will have your best interest in place.

@Shera Ewing welcome to Bigger Pockets. I strongly suggest using a company that you can trust and that has experience in the markets you're interested in. This platform is great for connecting with people in the real estate industry that have seen it all and have decades of experience.

@Karrie Jeffries Welcome to BP! There are tons of recourses on here as well as highly educated people to help you make a better decision. I love seeing active duty military members as well as veterans get into real estate. I got out of the Army 2 1/2 years ago myself and have been in real estate ever since. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you ever need any assistance or have any questions.

@Chris Criss I think it really depends on the exact location of the neighborhood. Generally speaking your lower priced homes will likely have a higher crime rate and higher priced homes will have a lesser crime rate.

@Chris Criss The Memphis, TN market typically has a great monthly cash flow. Especially with the rising rent prices that are steadily increasing.

@Jackson Long Rent is a lagging indicator compared to home prices. I believe the increase in rent is still somewhat behind on home prices and will continue to rise over this next year.

@Les Williams welcome to BP! I see that you have a Canadian National baseball team jersey on in your profile picture. I have a few friends and family that have been involved in professional baseball. One of them being Stubby Clapp that played on the Canadian National baseball team as well. Looking forward to speaking with you on the 20th.
