@Allan Smith we currently do property management in the Nashville market. Our team handles all of that for our clients. The biggest take away from investing out of state is having a property management team in place that you can trust. If you'd like anymore information please let me know.

@Cooper Moran welcome to BP and glad to hear that you're getting started in real estate investing! Like you said it can definitely be a little overwhelming when you first start. Choosing the right avenue to go down seems to always be the biggest step. Have you had any thought if you're wanting to actively do everything yourself or hiring a team to do all the leg work for you? 

Right now we are seeing our heaviest cashflow in Little Rock, AR and Memphis, TN.
