@Julissa Rivera welcome to BP and glad to hear that you're getting involved in real estate investing! My biggest advice would be to take your time and talk to as many people as you possibly can. This website has some great resources and companies that can really point you in the right direction with what you're wanting to do. Good luck on your future real estate journey and if you ever have any questions please feel free to reach out.

@Duarte Marques I think buying turn key is a great way to invest if you're wanting to get out of your local market and don't have time to do all of the ins and outs yourself. Most companies will do all of the heavy lifting for you like renovations, placing residents and the property management. Let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

@Himanshu Das welcome to BP and glad to hear that you're getting involved in real estate investing! I personally think the southeast market has some great areas for appreciation. With one of them being the Texas market. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

@Hrysa Zirou are you wanting to invest locally or are you willing to do out of state investing? A lot of investors that I work with are from expensive markets just like yourself. That's where our team steps in and does all of the heavy lifting for you. Everything from renovations, marketing, placing residents and property management. Let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

@Travis Lee Glad to hear that you're getting involved in real estate! Are you looking to do all of the renovations and property management yourself? Also how are you planning on acquiring these properties cash or financing?
