@Enrique Rubio Delgado congrats and glad to hear that you're getting involved in real estate investing! What areas are you looking to invest in? 

@David Benjamin I think investing in both stocks and real estate is the best over all around play. Typically most real estate investing is going to be the long term safe steady investment. Especially since prices as well as interest rates have been on the rise, it's harder to get that higher cash flow as fast as you can with stocks. Getting your money into a hard asset like real estate gives you a great opportunity to capitalize down the road. Even if the market is not in a good place to sell you just hold the property, while at the same time someone else is paying down the mortgage.
