Hello everyone! I'm grateful to be part of this group!

I'm a SoCal based investor, currently building an ADU to rent out next to my primary residence. In parallel, I am hoping to purchase a couple turnkey rental properties over the next 12 months to get my feet wet with OOS investing. My ultimate goal is to be a BRRRR investor with an interest in the following markets: Birmingham/Montgomery (AL), Memphis/Chattanooga (TN), Detroit (MI), Cleveland (OH), and Little Rock (AR)

Fun Fact: I am a former professional baseball player turned amateur golfer

Looking forward to networking with many of you in the forums!
