Advice on turnkey providers

Hi, I’m new to real estate investing.  I’m looking to purchase my first rental property out of state and was thinking of using a turnkey provider.  As a newbie I feel like it’s a good place to start and gain some experience.  I’ve been reading some mixed reviews and would like to hear from those of you who have used them.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Welcome to BP Randy! I commend you for doing your due diligence, real estate investing is something you want to do as much research as possible. However, don't let it cause "analysis paralysis". My biggest advice is to make sure you have the right team in place to handle your rentals. Best of luck in your future investments.
