@Justin Loutfy as a veteran myself I love to hear that you teach fellow veterans the benefits of real estate investing. I deal in turn key rentals in the southeast. If you ever need any additional information or would like to discuss further please let me know.

@Rick Albert There are some great turnkey companies on here who specialize in SFH homes that are for LTR. Single family homes on average are better for that long term safe steady investment play without the headaches that can come with the STR. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

@Peter Vekselman most real estate investing in general especially in single family homes, is going to be more of that long term safe steady investment play. Of course that does depend on how many properties you're able to acquire at once and how quickly you can pay them off.

@Kevin Keil Glad to hear that you've recently joined Bigger Pockets! They're are some great companies on here who provide some excellent turn-key opportunities. Please let me know if you have any questions.

@Dominique Osborn Most investors want to increase the cash flow so they are willing to try and do the heavy lifting themselves. Forgetting that it can take a well established team with a lot of experience to actually make a great investment property strive in this environment.

@Tanuj Yadav The biggest hurdle is finding a property management team that will be your eyes and ears on the ground. You need a team that will keep you in the loop with everything going on and who does all of the heavy lifting for you. Please let me know if I can be of any help or if you have any questions.

@Ralph Richardson We have seen great opportunities for cash flow, in the southeast markets. The housing demand for those states has been on the climb.

@Vika Kunta Welcome to BiggerPockets! There are some great companies on here. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
