@Jonathan Rivera Going turn key is a great way for out of state investors who want to invest somewhere outside their market. Also it's a great way to diversify your portfolio. The best part about turnkey and out of state investing is having a team in place who handles all of the heavy lifting for you. You can get more equity if you do all of the renovations and property management yourself however it takes a lot more leg work. @Winston Eastman the reason most out of state investors choose to use turn key is because they don't have the time or resources in place to handle all of that on their own. A true turn key provider handles everything from rehabbing the home, placing residents and managing the property for you on the back end. If you'd like any additional information please let me know.
