Hi Everyone !

My name is Chad Mitchell, teacher from North San Diego county Ca.  Looking forward to learning, growing and getting "off the hamster wheel".  

Looking forward to the journey that is Real Estate Investing.   Any advice for a newbie would help and be very much appreciated.  Who knows, maybe we can end up investing together.
