The best way to convince someone that taking calculated risks can be good is to introduce them to people who have already successfully done it before.Take her to investment clubs and talk to successful investors who can show you how to invest in your market.

Seeking important legal or tax advice is the job of a local professional or the Internal Revenue Service agents. Many offer free or low cost consultations for first time customers. That is far safer than the internet.Try contacting a local investment club and you will find professionals at their meetings.

You need to call a local real estate attorney to where the property is located and tell them to deal with this mess immediately.Depending on the state where the property resides, the buyers agent should be responsible to have to perform a final walk through inspection and agree in writing that the property is ready for acceptance.Demand to see the paperwork again and talk to The the agents broker of record to investigate whether or not their agent performed their duties.

My thoughts are if this is a good investment you just lost it to someone else reading this and is going to beat you to it without hesitation.I’m not trying to be a jerk, just letting you know that giving out the exact location to a potential hot property that you don’t have under contract is not a great idea on a big forum like this.

Find someone you trust and is smart enough to know what to do in your place.A sibling or best friend should do fine. They should know how to shut off the water, gas and electricity by locating the manual shut off valves and switches. They should have a list of phone numbers for handymen or other repair persons that you have preselected to come in an emergency. They should have keys to every door and lock as well in case repair persons need access to certain areas.Minor repairs can wait until you arrive home.

Ma’am,if you feel as if the listing agent made serious errors, you should locate and personally contact their broker of record and file a complaint for them to investigate. After that comes going to the agent’s local board of Realtors and asking the grievance committee for an investigation. You may also want to have a talk with a real estate attorney who litigates these type of cases.

Is she saying the city wants the option to take your property for whatever they want to pay as in eminent domain or you get to decide the price regardless of their desires? If she is trying to take away your right to ask for what you think the property is worth, then it's a garbage idea that needs to be defeated.

It really depends on what the community needs and the zoning involved.Could make a nice private school for new Muslim immigrants who need schools in their own language.Could be a unique youth Hostel for foreign travelers.Charming bookstore and cafe.Just depends on the location in the community.
