Should I buy this property? It's 40% under market value

I am looking into buying a condo. Due to a defect in the bathroom piping. Which is or was involved in a class action lawsuit. Flooded the unit and the three other units connected to it. If I buy this condo. Will the other three owners of the units that flooded be able to sue me or come after me? It's in Vegas. Thank you!

Lydia,an important legal question like this should be answered by a local Real Estate attorney with experience in litigation of these matters.Protect yourself and always perform your due diligence with experienced professionals preferably in person.
