@Chris Billington there's a few different options. You can find someone on Upwork or Fiverr and you'll have to train them and manage them and hope they stick around. @Ryan Anderson we have clients that have setup similar systems with their VAs. I'd recommend laying out the tasks in the order you'd like them performed for finding the lead info and passing that to a VA. You can always go back and adjust the process as you find more efficient methods. Feel free to pm me!
