Just wanted to share how my virtual assistants have led my team to 140+ closed deals so far this year.

The big 3 strategies we're seeing tons of success in getting leads currently are cold calling, text messaging, and direct mail. All done sourced by REVA virtual assistants.

Cold Calling:

1. My VA pulls a list based on my requirements

4. VA calls entire list for me
5. VA gauges for motivation and sets appointments

Text Messaging using Launch Control

1. VA pulls list based on my requirements

4. VA manages back and forth communication and calls leads if necessary

Direct Mail

LASTLY - my VAs are following up every 30, 14, and 7 days depending on how hot the lead is. This is where most of the deals are coming from! Follow-up is massively crucial in this industry and again, it's all about CONSISTENCY!
