I use my own Virtual Assistants from REVA Global in my real estate business. They handle about 80% of all the heavy lifting for me so I can focus on locking up contracts and getting deals closed.

@Chris Billington there's a few different options. You can find someone on Upwork or Fiverr and you'll have to train them and manage them and hope they stick around. Or you can use a service that offers VAs trained and managed for you. That's what we do at REVA Global (disclaimer: I'm the owner). They're fantastic at outbound lead generation!
