Hello All, 

Does anyone know where I could get a list of properties that specifically have liens, judgments, etc. I already have access to properties behind on taxes, but most of those sellers aren't that motivated to sell.

Post ads on Craigslist, network at real estate meetings and with friends and family, drive for dollars. There's tons of free marketing strategies out there. Search the BP box for "wholesaling, free marketing, motivated sellers" etc
